RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before you make your purchase. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us at info@noalabel.co.za

Returns or exchanges are accepted on regular priced products, not sale items. All returns or exchanges must be logged within fourteen (14) days of your package purchase date. Item(s) must be in original unused condition and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. 
Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept returns or exchanges on garments that have makeup stains, animal hair and/or smell of perfume or body odour. Any items that have been washed will, under no circumstances, be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To make a return or exchange, please email returns@noalabel.co.za. Please indicate clearly whether you want a refund or exchange. Please supply your order number and reason for return or exchange in the email. Once a request has been sent we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. 

We do not cover the cost of returns or exchanges unless the fault lies with NOA in terms of a product fault or incorrect items or size delivered. Please ensure to check our detailed size guide to avoid unnecessary returns or exchanges. 

All returns or exchanges will be collected by our couriers from the customer’s original address, at the customers own expense.

Should the customer choose to rather return the parcel themselves, the parcel should be sent to the following address:

You will be notified within 5-7 days of the order arriving at our office as to whether you are eligible for a refund. The cost of couriering the parcel back to our warehouse will be deducted off your refund.

You will be refunded within the 5-7 days. Please note that we cannot process refunds more than fourteen (14) days after the date of purchase (not the date of shipment).  

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition or packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. In this case, we will either partially refund the customer or refund the customer with a voucher to be used on our website to the full or partial value of the item when returned. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Should your return be rejected due to any of the aforementioned reasons the cost to courier the rejected items back to you is at your own cost. NOA Label will not be responsible for any shipping costs to return the item/s to you.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning their item and/or for the shipping of the exchanged item back to the customer

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Reduced products are not eligible for return.

For promotions which involve a complimentary item, said complimentary item cannot at any stage be exchanged for another item, nor refunded or returned due to a product fault.
