BROWSE OUR COLLECTION
Book a try-on session at our studio or browse our website until you find the perfect dress to hire, then book instantly on our website or book your dress out at our studio. We offer rentals in sizes extra small to extra large and we hope to continue to add to the volume of dresses in each size curve as we grow.
Each dress features it’s own unique size guide to ensure you are choosing the perfect fit.
IT'S A DATE
Our calendar function allows you to select the start date of your 4 day rental period. Bookings can be made a minimum of 3 days in advance and up to 3 months in advance.
We suggest that you book your rental two days before your event. If you select a Thursday, we will only collect on Monday as we don’t collect over the weekend. Enjoy the extra day on us!
If you would like to hire your dress for a little longer, we do offer hire period extensions. Please email noarental@noalabel.co.za to enquire.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
After the 4 day rental period, your dress will be collected from the same address that it was delivered to at the start of your rental period.
Our collection time is between 8am-5pm daily. Please ensure your parcel is ready for collection and re-packed using the box, garment bag and hanger it arrived with.
If you are not available on the day of collection you will be charged late fees. Please see T&C’s for more information.
Please don’t clean your dress after wear, our dresses are cleaned professionally using eco-friendly methods.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit cards through our payment merchant partner, PayFast. Unfortunately, we don’t accept efts or debit cards. To rent your favourite garment simply create a profile on our website, fill in the necessary info and process your orders through our secure payment portal.
DOESN'T FIT?
If your garment doesn’t fit, don’t panic, please let us know within 4 hours of receiving your garment and we will try our best to get a replacement dress to you as soon as possible depending on time frames.
If you’d like to return your order, please let us know within 4-hours of delivery of the item by sending a WhatsApp to 076 480 1264. We will issue you with a refund (excluding delivery costs)
DISASTER STRIKES?
We know that all of our lovely customers will treat their garment with love and care as if it was their own, but we know that mistakes can sometimes happen. That is why we include insurance limited to snags and spills. This covers you in the case of a lost button, broken strap or minor spills, and there will be no additional cost to you. However, if an item is damaged beyond repair or is in need of specialised cleaning please let us know immediately via thenoarental@noalabel.co.za. If the item is damaged beyond repair, lost or stolen, you will be liable for the cost of restoring or replacing the garment. Please read through our T&Cs for more info.
