Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations for a full refund are allowed 30 days or more prior to your rental start date.
Cancellations for a full credit note are allowed 2 or more days prior to your rental start date.
In the event that your item doesn’t fit, you must notify us within 4(four) hours of accepting the delivery.

Delivery Information
Delivery is available throughout South Africa.
Your item will be delivered via one of our trusted couriers and a tracking number will be provided by email when it is sent. It will be sent to arrive on or before your selected delivery date.
Your package will come with a return courier satchel for returning your items.
Further instructions will be provided in your package.
You must NEVER clean/dry-clean the garment. This is included as part of the service and you will only be charged for stains if they are permanent and cannot be removed in dry-cleaning.
